Came home, laced up my sneakers and did another set of sprints! Did a 5 min warm up on 6.0 then did 30 secs 8.0 and 30 secs rest for 25 mins. It’s safe to say I’ll have to take a day or 2 off from running after this. How did/will YOU earn YOUR SHOWER today?!
This TOM bloat was about to get me down, but instead I dug in my archives of selfies. My archive reminds me that even on my bad BLOATED days I still look better than last yr! I encourage you to take TONS of pics, date them and save them. No one has to see them, but YOU. I promise you won’t regret it. Be YOUR OWN MOTIVATION!
Why would I borrow a cup of sugar when I can ask my neighbor for his weight bar in his basement?! My princess wanted to watch a movie together and I figured I could get another leg session in whilst doing so!

Lunch…I was craving a salad and man oh man did I make a salad! I don’t believe in boring salads. I have: spinach, grilled shrimps, tbsp shredded cheese, tsp of feta, tbs bacon bits cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, 2 tbsp fat-free sun dried tomato vinaigrette AND my measuring spoon! Lol….I’ll put macros in comments. Get in my belly!
